kali ni agak malas nak tulis in detail... besides I need to study!, 6 days left till my finals

so the story goes, after the day of my 'rehlah', gi Cairo.. ada jemputan ke majlis Akad Nikah... Ust Zaizul.... majlis di buat di 'Dewan Malaysia Abbasiah Kaherah' (ARMA)... there were actually 3 pasangan yg buat majlis on that day...

Majlis habis around Zohor, nak balik macam awal lagi... so ktorang pergi dataran Husin... tempat shopping... mcm2 ada jual situ... selalu kat mesir ni, kalo org nak balik m'sia bawak balik buah tangan, akan beli kat sini la... balik Alexandria 'round Maghrib...

that's bout it...

oh ya... the day b4 yesterday... cuci seluar... pastu cari handset ......................... !!!!!! ... dalam seluar!!! ..... berlari aku ke masin basuh... 'off'kan, pastu amik hp dalam seluar... /o_O\ tidak!!... masuk air!... berbuih2 skrin hp ...huhu .. T_T

Rehlah SC

24 June 2009 -Rehlah Smart Circle (SC)

seawal 6 pagi sudah keluar menuju ke ma'murah... and as you can see in the picture, 6 pagi sini macam 7.30 kat Malaysia (dah terang) ... ini kerana subuh sini sekarang 4.10 pagi!...
ABE, Yim, Anas, Sayuti, Yadiy...

One of the activities we did was beach soccer... but there was a catch to our game of soccer, each one of us had to go by the name of another SC member... I went by the name of Yim, Sayuti took my name, and Yim went by the name of Ammar... so when we played, let's say i wanted the ball from Yim, I'd have to say "Ammar! sini2!"... yeah, we had to call out their 'pretend' names... haha... memang menguji ketajaman minda dan ketangkasn berfikir...
The score... 1-0 to my team... goal by Me... *Peace*...

Bola pantai, sukan yg sgt memenatkan...

To anybody in Egypt... if you're looking for a place for a good swim and picnic... I'd recommend this beach... the water was so clear!... you could see your feet... and the waves were just nice...

when in the water... our mentor Farhan gathered us around he had the football in his hand "what can say about this, The more I sink the ball, the greater it jumps out of the water when i release it?... many of us tried to answer but none were quite what he was looking for... what he actually wanted to show was the ball was like the ummah today... the greater the pressure exerted, the greater their will... he brought us back to Palestine, where our brothers and sister undergo oppression, slaughter, rape and harassment... we feel sad, but it is for that same reason that they are strong, unbeatable... you see, that's the danger of staying in the 'comfort zone'... you stay in it too long, you become weak...

We also did a 'human tower' in the water.... it's much harder than it sounds... the 'base' kesian gila, x sempat 2nd layer nak naik, ombak datang... minum air laut diorang... eheh..... bila base siap pulak, 2nd layer nak naik, jatuh la... x balance la... after several failed attempts, ABE suggested that the base use their hands as support for the 2nd layer to rise on top... that innovation led to the succes of the tower... yeay!..

lepas tu, mandi bebas... tgh2 mandi nmpak benda biru dalam air... "obor2 la!"... "bukanlah, plastik je"... "obor2!"... "ce tgk betul2, plastik je"... lepas tu faez sepak la... tentacles emerged from the surface of the water .... !!! .... nasib baik time faez sepak dia punya tentacles menghala ke atas... to prevent injury to anybody... we brought it to the beach... arab2 kat situ jakun gila... lepas tu ada arab kata nak bawak balik... nak buat apa ntah ngan obor2 tu... bagi je la...


Our original plan was to have a BBQ on the beach... but the 'janitor' (is that the appropriate word?) of the beach said it was prohibited... He said we could send what we wanted to cook to one of the stalls by the beach to have it cooked there (now where's the fun in that!?)... but it was better than leaving it uncooked, so bro Farhan and Rahim went to the stall... and guess what?... they wouldn't accept it!... xpe2 xde rezeki la tu namanya...
still we enjoyed sandwiches and 'Nasi lemak' courtesy of Yadiy and Sayuti...

after 'bout spending 5 hours on the beach... wee decided to 'call it a day' (at the beach only) ....

so we headed to bro Farhan's house (we still had a BBQ to settle)... and at his house we did just that... we did it on the rooftop... I was so excited to see how my prawns would turn out... The previous day, Akh Farhan called and asked me to bring some prawns, so me and Yadiy went to the market and bought 2 and a quarter kilos... so that night I was like... "takkan bakar cani je, boringnya" ... so I marinated them...
The Ingredients 1. Blended Garlic (4 whole large sized garlics) 2. Coriander 3. Oregano 4. Kunyit 5. 'Asal Aswad' (black honey)... not sure if you can obtain it in M'sia...
Main buat je, so i was anxious on how they woul actually taste later... how did they turn out?... They were a big 'Thumbs up' when we ate... eheh...
N.B... a BBQ on the rooftop under the scorching sun at mid-day in the middle summer is not a something you would want to do if you're not fond of heat... hehe...

Dah kenyang perut dgn santapan BBQ yang enak, time for 'santapan rohani' pulak... as usual duduk bulat and buat refleksi ttg apa yg dah dilalui sepanjang hari tu...
hmm... let's see...
First of all there was 'bola pantai'... remember how we used each others name... we thought it was just for fun... but actually, there was some meaning behind it... let me give you a clue
Rasulallah says "Tidak beriman seorang daripada kamu, sehingga dia menyayangi saudaranya, sepertimana dia menyayangi dirinya sendiri"... yup, itulah pengajaran dia...
contohnya, time game tu, Sayuti pakai nama aku... mesti la aku nak dia jaga nama aku... coz kalo contohnya sayuti buat spoiler... org akan kata "Anas! main la betul2"... dan tentula kalau dia score... "Caya la Anas!"... eheh.. aku yg turut terasa bangga, pdahal bukan aku yg score...
macamtu la persahabatan sebenarnya... masing2 perlu hendakkan kepada kawannya, apa yg dikehendaki pada dirinya... i think intelectual readers got the point here...
Second, was the 'Menara Manusia'... everything has a base, a basic, a foundation... and only after that can the succesive phases occur... In Life, the basic is undoubtedly 'IMAN'... without it, how are we supposed to 'amal' and ultimately 'dakwah'... I mean, how are you supposed to do solat sunat, if you're still doubtful of God's judgement?... And if this basis is somewhat damaged, it must be rebuilt before continuing the rest.... hmm... also can be applied in other aspects and fields... how can a doctor 'practice' without knowledge?... and say you become a doctor, and forget what you've learnt, of course you have to re-learn what you forgot, before practising again... also... INNOVATION... very important...
Third, 'bout the jellyfish... 'don't make assumptions'... it is much better to be sure of something... jangan disangka air yang tenang tiada buaya...
4th, yg pasal bola tu... makin ditenggelamkan, makin timbul keluar dari air...
5th, don't be scared to try... there's always a 1st step for everything... in this case, marinating prawns for a BBQ!... eheh
ada lagi rasanya...

Esoknya pulak, bertolak pergi Cairo... 5 pagi dah keluar rumah... buat apa?... wait for my next post... (dah malas and ada orang nak baca updated blog aku)

Daripada pagi lagi, semua as busy as a bee... "bangun2, raya!" was 1 of the first thing i heard when i woke up that morning ...hehe... mmg suasana mcm nak raya je pagi tu... ada yg masak2... kemas2... semua excited...

The Gathering was to;
1. merapatkan ukhwah
2. meruntuhkan tembok2 malu
3. mencungkil bakat2 terpendam

4. mereleasekan tension

Kami tak tension , mukmin hatinya tenang...

After Asar, BBQ sudah dinyalakan.... sound-check and final preparations dilakukanImran dan Nuaim... jaga ayam tu! nt hangit!

Malam tu, semua yang hadir kacak2 dan cun-melecun belaka...

"bukan senang nak bergambar ngan Kerol smart cani" - Padel-

menunggu majlis bermula... 'Grrup' -perut-

Pengerusi malam tu Aliff Al-Ain dan Hanani Akmal ...

Majlis dimulakan dengan video pemilihan MC... it showed both Alif and Nani receiving an anonymous letter stating that they have been chosen to become the MC... after accepting the 'mission', the letters self-destruct (ala2 mission impossible)... then it shows both of them going through their lockers searching for a suitable attire.... Lastly it shows the two very smart MC's taking the lift to the rooftop, and finally they make their appearance...........
In a nutshell, mereka berjaya menghidupkan majlis malam tu, sgt meriah!! Tahniah!

Gandingan yg mantap Aline dan Nani!

Tuan Haji Idris (Pegawai Mara Mesir) yang dijemput pada malam itu tidak dapat hadir, jadi isterinya memberi ucapan alu-aluan dan merasmikan Majlis... terasa kemesraannya... tidak lain daripada ibu sendiri.... Seterusnya ucapan yang sgt 'nice' drpd ketua UKM Zahin dan Un

Habis semua ucapan, tibalah masa bacaan doa... tanpa Abdul Rahman Ismail KISAS ntuk bacakan doa, x makan la kami... hehe...

doa tu pendek2 sikit, lapar ni...
dari pagi x makan, reserve ruang kat perut ntuk malam ni..

lepas tu kami pun menjamu selera... sambil menikmati hidangan di pinggan, dihidangkan pula tayangan video drpd ikhwah bertajuk 'muslim akhul muslim episode 2' yang merupakan sequel kepada 'muslim akhul muslim episod 1' yg ditayangkan waktu 'farewell dinner' di UKM dulu before fly...... aku berlakon menjadi kuncu kepada 'Amran' dalam episode ini... Episode 2 nampaknya lebih mendapat sambutan berbanding episode 1... dgn special effect 'Amran' teleport, jatuh bangunan, fight scene yg mantap.... under Director Abdul Rahman Dashuki, it's no surprise... hehe...

Makanan pada malam tu... mmg variety, appetizernya, main coursenya, dessertnya... mostly home-made ... ada 'Garlic Bread', 'Trifle', 'Alfredo Pasta', 'Spaghetti Bolognese', 'Ayam Bakar' 'Caramel', 'Potato Wedges', 'Cake', 'Fruits' and the list goes on... ternyata ramai yg berbakat dalam masakan...

So What did we do actually on that night?

Firstly, ada deklemasi Sajak karya 'anak ibu', bertajuk 'CHENTAKUH SETEGUH TENDON MUSCLE'... sajak yang penuh makna dan penuh medic... tabik spring sama penulis! ... muzik latar dimainkan oleh Zap and Padel...

Faz dan Ecah mendeklemasikan sajak...
kenapa tak penulisnya yg deklemasikan?.. baru feeling.. hehe

lepas tu ada cabutan bertuah... ada 4 sesi, diselit-selitkan di antara persembahan dan games... sesi 1st and 2nd ada 3 hadiah, sesi 3rd and 4th ada 4 hadiah... seems luck was on my side that night... the 2nd name to be drawn was mine!... hehe... jarang sbnrnya dapat hadiah kalu cabutan bertuah ni... rezeki masing2...

Lepas tu ada Treasure hunt... Ismah yang handle... ada 4 group... 1st clue dlm kotak yg penuh ngan tepung dan gula2... then kena cari next clue... semua sekali ada 5 clue... nak dapatkan 4th clue kena mintak kat orang... 3rd clue akan menceritakan ciri2 orang yg pegang clue dia... lasty kena menari kat depan ikut rentak toy camel... sgt kelakar... ehehcepat! find the next clue!

Malam tu juga ada penampilan khas daripada Amin bin Hudi... juga pemilik blog terkenal k*********k (terpaksa censored coz konsep blog tersebut adalah identiti penulis dirahsiakan).... dgn membawa lagu 'rylynn'.. the audience was blown away!... terpegun...

After his Performance, ada SurPriSe!... rakaman video webcam drpd ust Duwenk, ust kesayangan kami dari UKM dulu khas ntuk majlis kami pada malam tu... mendengar ucapannya brought back memories of UKM... the girls jelas excited... eheh

Then was the game handled by Me... didn't know what name to give it, so someone suggested 'Bubbly bubbly boo'... i was like 'Apa-apaa je lah'... konsep yang cuba saya bawakan adalah taaruf...

>Cara Permainan pertama, 2 orang randomly selected pergi depan... biasanya kalau taaruf kena introduce yourself right... tapi kali ni kena 'introduce'kan orang lain... bagi tau nama dia, asal mana, adik beradik dia mana..."nama dia Saddam... ayah dia nama.... apa eh? Hussein kot!"

>Cara Permainan kedua pulak, melibatkan 4 orang... 3 orang yang pertama perlu berikan jawapan kepada soalan tentang orang yang keempat... orang keempat perlu tulis jawapan yang sebenar... cth soalan 'Apakah yang paling ditakuti olehnya?' 'Apakah Favourite subjeknya?' 'If he/she got RM1 juta, what would he/she buy?' 'Dia ni average tidur malam pukul berapa?'... so after semua tulis jawapan, orang 1st akan tunjuk jawapan dia, followed by 2nd then 3rd... macam2 la jawapan keluar... Lastly baru 4th person buka jawapan dia.... menarik x?!.. hehe... dlm cadangannya nak buat bnyk round, biar ramai sikit yg terlibat, but time was against me so sempat 3 round and 10 orang je...

After that ada sajak daripada ikhwah pulak... disampaikan oleh Azim... sajak yang sangat pendek dan mantap bertajuk 'Sepi'... mmg terasa sepi tatkala Sajak dibaca... eheh... straight after was a Musical by 'Boys Generation' (nama yg diletakkan last minute)... Lagu yg dibawa ialah 'Lena' karya Ust Duwenk ... If you notice the wire on my guitar, it's because i played the role of 'plucking' in this musical while the others played by 'strumming'... Zap was the vocalist... but to be honest... time practice lagi sedap... xpe2, ada yg 1st time perform (me antaranya), mungkin nervous sikit, tangan tu x berapa nak ikut arahan tuan dia... hehe... but overall Persembahan kitorang success...... training berapa hari je... kira mantap la... Omedeto!

Boys Generation k?, bukan Girls Generation...

Then was the last game... main nombor2... handled by both me and Ismah... cara permainan simple... just have to count... TaPi, tak boleh sebut nombot yang ditentukan oleh kami serta hasil darabnya dan nombor yang digitnya ada nombor tersebut... perlu sebut "UkM!" untuk menggantikan nombor tu... so kalau sampai turn kita dan nombornya adalah 3, 6, 9, 12,13,15,18 and so on x boleh sebut, perlu cakap "UkM!"
Contohnya ismah cakap 3... so start with the 1st person "SaTu!", followed by the second person "DuA!", 3rd person "UkM!", and so forth.... sounds easy?, it's not!... sape yg kantoi akan out... sampai la tinggal dua orang... and the winners were Mardhiah and Hanisah... CongratS!

Then tibalah persembahan lagu 'Situasi' - bunkface- Gandingan Zap, Imran, Amin dan Padel.... katanya dgr sampai bawah... huhu... sorry jiran2... "DisKriMinaSi MenJaTuhKAn AkU !..."

beliau mmpunyai 'band' boleh cari kat youtube... =P

Majlis ditamatkan dgn video drpd girls... just gambar2 dak2 UKM... tapi cara penyampaian dan caption2 yg digunakan mmg menyentuh hati kecil ni... sgt touching!... but since I'm a guy i refrained from jumping up and going to all my buddies to give them a big hug and telling them how much i appreciate their friendship... should I have?... hmm... it just feels weird... doing so... ntah la... society taught me that ... such stereotyping! I mean... gosh!... if you know what i mean...

And then before balik ada sesi Pergambaran....

Jejaka2 UKM... siap paling ensem?...

bukan yang baju hijau tu la... yg duk atas riba Shuk tu... haa yg tu...

Majlis habis officially kul 1 pagi... yg unofficialnya sampai subuh!... makanan bnyk lebih.. ayam ada sebaldi lagi yg belum bakar... ktorang pun apa lagi, hidupkan balik api... bakar ayam lagi.... time majlis berjalan x makan sgt... mula2 tu makan sikit je, coz nt ada persembahan, game... konsep asal dia sepanjang majlis tu makan sikit2... tapi pinggan kertas x cukup... hehe... overlooked that part... suasana kat rooftop mmg best malam2... panggil budak2 KTT yang terliur tgk ktorang masak2 petang tu naik makan skali ngan ktorang kat rooftop... tu pun berlebih gak, simpan ntuk breakfast esoknya... ktorang lepak2, sembang2, makan2 kat atas di bwah kerlipan bintang dan bulan... nak tido takut subuh ke laut lak... so tunggu la subuh... baru tido....

esoknya satu aras breakfast ayam goreng, lunch pun ayam goreng... tu pun bagi 1/2 ayam mentah kat girls... huhu... bnyk tak bnyk ayam lebih...
